Yes, we offer on-site maintenance, along with 24-hour emergency maintenance. 

Any maintenance issue will be detailed on a work order in our system. Work orders are typically assessed within 48-hours. Emergency work orders are assessed as soon as possible. 

No, you do not. For any routine work orders, our team will ask if you give permission for us to enter your home. Our team will assume permission to enter if your work order is an emergency. 

In the event that you are locked out during business hours, you can come to our Leasing Office to inform us that you are locked out. We will ask for identification and cross-reference it with our records. Then, our maintenance team will meet you at your apartment to let you in. There is no fee for lock outs during business hours. If you are locked out outside of business hours, you will need to call our emergency maintenance on-call service at (888) 552-8210. Our on-site maintenance team will respond to the call within 20 minutes. Upon checking your identification, they will assist you with letting you into your apartment.

Appointments are not necessary to tour.  We do accept walk-ins.

Rent payments are not accepted at our Leasing Office. To pay your rent, you can online through your account with Rent Café. Or you can mail or drop off a payment to our home office in West Bloomfield.

Yes, if you refer someone and they move into Mainstreet Village or any Singh community, you will be eligible for a $300 referral

Mainstreet Village is in the Novi Community School District.

Mainstreet Village is located in downtown Novi, which is minutes away from the Novi Town Center, 12 Oaks Mall, West Oaks Shopping Plaza, and Fountain Walk. 

Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea is just across Grand River Ave, near the Novi Town Center.
